Shipping and Returns

Processing of your order, postage & returns

Thank you for your interest in purchasing biodegradable freeze dried rose petals with ROSE PETALS.

Once orders have been received, they are made up, packaged, and sent via Australia Post.  If possible we will try to get your order out same day.  Please allow 1-2 additional business days for custom made orders – petal cones, corsages, buttonholes, flower girl baskets, flower crowns, chair/pew bows

ROSE PETALS  is located on the Gold Coast, so delivery timeframe will depend on your location.  We find that most orders are received between 2-7 business days by standard post.  Ordering in advance is recommended to ensure plenty of time for delivery prior to your event.

  • Express Shipping $19.95
  • Complimentary Standard Shipping for orders $150+ (excludes candles due to weight)
  • Candles – shipping is calculated on check out and based on the weight and volume of your cart.

Terms of Return

We appreciate your business and understand there are times you may change your mind.  

Refunds and exchanges will only be accepted by contacting us via email.  Once approved for return, you must post within 14 days of receiving your order and forward return tracking details. 

Petals and other items must be un-opened, undamaged, in original packaging and returned in suitable boxing as received to avoid damage during shipping. If you return a product that has been opened or the packaging is damaged, a refund will be declined, and the items will be sent back to you.  

We are unable to accept returns/refunds on the following:

  • Sale items
  • Fragile items such as vases, glassware, and candles
  • Special order items such as buttonholes, corsages, and flower crowns where colours of flowers have been selected and custom made for you

Please note – Postage/Shipping costs are non-refundable on all returns.  If you received “Free Shipping” with your order, we have still incurred costs sending your order to you.  The postage/shipping fee will be deducted from any refund amount.  These costs will only be waived when products delivered are damaged, or the incorrect product was sent.
